The history of yoga dates back to over 5000 years ago and is still popular today. Multiple studies have confirmed the many physical and mental benefits of yoga. A regular practice can help to reduce pain, reduce stress and anxiety levels, help to regulate the nervous system, improve mobility and posture and enhances flexibility. Yoga also improves strength, balance and increases energy levels.
Classes compose of pranayama (breathing techniques) asana (physical postures) and meditation and relaxation, promoting calmness and wellbeing and enhancing quality of life. Yoga helps you to be more mindful and allows you to be more present in each moment.

Group Yoga Sessions

Yoga is an ancient art that has been practised for thousands of years. It’s also one of the most popular forms of exercise in the world today.

But with so many different types of yoga out there, it can be hard to find a class or group that fits your needs and schedule. And even if you do find one, how do you know it’s any good?

The Zen Den offers beginner’s classes that are designed for people who have never done yoga before as well as more advanced classes that will challenge even seasoned yogis. We offer plenty of space at each class so everyone has room to practice without feeling crowded out by other students.

With my guidance, I will help you find a pose that works with your body type so you won’t hurt yourself while trying something new during your first few sessions here at The Zen Den. We’re confident that after just one session with us, you’ll feel like part of the family!

Private Yoga Sessions

Finding time to get in a yoga class can be hard, especially when you’re busy with work or family.

You know that getting regular exercise is good for your health, but it’s also important to take care of your mental and spiritual well-being too. Yoga helps with both!

The Zen Den offers private yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home or office. I come to teach an hour-long class right at the location of your choice – just pick up the phone and call me! I am a certified, qualified and experienced yoga teacher who teaches people how to relax through proper breathing techniques and physical postures. This is perfect for anyone who wants to reduce stress, improve their flexibility, increase energy levels, develop core strength and more without having to leave their current schedule behind.

Pricing

Whether you want the benefits of joining a group session or whether you are interested in a one-to-one private yoga session, I offer a variety of options to suit everyone:

½ Hour Group Session: £10

1 Hour Private, 1 to 1 session: £100
